I had to initiate almost all conversations regarding how the repair was going. After 5 days, I initiated the first call. I filled in a form stating I wanted to be updated every other day. That never happened. It wasn't until the day before the car was ready that I received my first call initiated by you. The car looks great and runs great, but the communication was terrible.
