Your staff was great to work with. Communication was great and the repair looks great. The only issue is a persistent rattle coming from the repair area. I have looked at the underside of the truck and cannot see anything that looks incorrect or unfinished. I can't identify the issue, but can hear it.

the staff at the front desk and the service advisors were nice and able to help me completely. the part i was not pleased with was i don't feel like i was kept informed about the progress of my vehicle. i had to call multiple times to find out what was going on.
