Our experience at Town East Body Shop was exceptional. We came in on a busy day, however Kevin **** assisted us personally so that we would not have to wait. We were kept abreast of the status of the repairs and the job was completed in a timely manner on the date promised. Service like that is rare these days. My car was returned clean and looking like brand new! Thank you for taking care of our repair needs! We will recommend Town East to all our friends.

I was called by Billy and told that I didn't pay anything and that all records were electrical so out wasn't there error. I was the one who told him about the insurance money then he wanted to question me on it and demanded that I come in on our before frosty to post the remaining even though it was their error that they didn't process the full amount. I also had an allowance done and wasn't told about something not being complete as in a bracket our something listing to keep it from starting in place and when I brought out up he advised me of trying to get him to fix something that I had told him not too. He also lied to my husband and told him that my insurance company denied something he never signed to them as a supplement and told them they're was nothing to submit. I feel I want treated like a customer and was more treated like a thief. I would like someone other than him that is over him to call me and address this.
