My car took over a month to repair. I received text stating that the car would be finished on certain dates, and associates even saying that it would he complete no later than their specified date etc. Out of frustration I went iN person to see the car and was told that they had waited on parts every week. When I finally picked the car up on 7-14-15,an associate apologized for the delay and said that my car was new and they really wanted to take their time on it. Car was fixed great but did not like the way service king handled communication, as well as different reasons why my car took so long to complete. My car took 32 days to complete.

Customer service was OUTSTANDING!
The staff was so friendly and courteous. I received updates everyday which was very helpful. The whole process was so easy with the car rental service being so readily available. My car looked fantastic when I picked it up. This was the BEST experience I have had with a repair shop and I will not use anyone else! I would recommend Service King to all my family and friends!
