I was really (pleasantly) surprised that I was able to take the car in on a Thursday, get an estimate and get it back the following Tuesday. I have used other body shops in the area and have had to make appointments weeks out and then they seemed to take longer. My contact (Bruce Holeman) was great, really helpful and followed up several times by email and phone to let me know exactly what was going on

Everyone on your team was great! From the person who greeted me at the door to the estimator to the office manager, I felt truly valued. I was thrilled at how accommodating Abra was, shuttling me to my job and even DROPPING my car off. To top it off, the car was cleaner than I had left it! Special thanks to Chris, who reaffirmed my recent purchase of my Volkswagen in his love for VW and for setting my morning off on a positive note, even though I had scheduled my appointment at the earliest morning time slot. Someone who had backed into me was paying, but I checked around and found that Abra was also very reasonable in price. I would come back here if I needed something else done, even on my dime. Thanks for making something that could have been a huge hassle into an easy and positive experience. I recommended you to my entire office!

Elijah Cole epitomizes the excellent customer service given to anyone that walks in their door. A business can only have that kind of excellence is it starts at the top, then everyone gets on board. When I walked in with my problem, he made it go away-AND he took care of several bad door dings - only because he is a nice guy! I did not know he was part of the mgmt team until I was home and read his card. I will definitely go back there should I need their service an I will tell all my friends too!!!

Overall Very good, but there were a couple oversights that had to be fixed while I waited for 40 minutes, then I was given a revised invoice that was 40 higher. But your people were great to deal with, and the car looks great.
