My first adjuster was treating like a female not answering my questions as though I would not understand what he was talking about... could not get straight answer from him in anything about the repairs. When Curtiss was put on the car I got all my questions answered and he gave me what was actually going on with car

Thank you so much for putting a rush on my pick up time. I work 24 hour shifts and I was post call after having been awake all night. It was a Friday and I live on Whidbey island. Coming back at 3 or 5 pm on a Friday would have taken at least 4 hours of not more like 5-6. Josh put a rush on it and had it ready for me in 30 minutes after I stopped by on my way home. AND THEY STILL TOOK TIME TO DETAIL IT. I truly appreciated that. Not many businesses would have changed their schedule around and made that work. THANK YOU.
