I was informed First choice parts would be off market brand. But it was an cost effective choice to use OEM for my Acura. I appreciate this because not only does it means I had an original part, it meant ABRA, my sales rep was looking out for my best interest. I will definitely consider using ABRA in the future, whether via insurance coverage or not.

Better communication with staff. was spouse to receive email up dates and never did. Called and left messages with after hour answer service that was never returned. Would be nice to be able to call shop directly not some answering service that doesn't even know the shop hours correctly.
