Five working days which spanned over a weekend..7 days total to pay for a rental is a little extreme for the little bit of damage that needed to be repaired. Left me a bit irritated. I was told by the staff when I came in..that Abra was not very busy at the time. I will examine the body work in more detail this weekend.

You did an excellent job keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs to my car. You were all very polite and professional.
I have to test the hood of my car to see if the spots are really tree sap. It looks like they have been polished down and not removed. So now it looks like my car has some disease. But if they haven't gone beneath the paint, I will just have to work to get them removed once it gets a little warmer.
