Everyone was extremely friendly when I dropped the car off. Julie booked my schedule and I did the drop off with the owner. He told me nice stories about Julie as I commented on her professionalism on the prior visit. During pickup though I rolled in I guess right at lunch time. I didn't get a greeting but an eye roll and comment "Oh of course right when I'm about to step out the door". Her teammate picked up the slip and let her leave. Sorry if I was inconviencing your break but your customers don't need to get your attitude. Her teammate was extremely nice even though he made a charge error which he worked to correct. Repair work was excellent and communication during was great. Maybe she had a tough morning and I can understand, but remember thats not fair to people who are not tuned to your needs of that moment.
