Everyone from Mark Boswell, and Bill in State Farm's office, the receptionist with the bruised pinkie finger, Manual at Enterprise, the two person team who handled business on his day off, the porter who washed and prepped my new Ford Focus loaner car and most certainly mr Justin Davis who was my main point of contact was thorough, courteous, friendly and genuinely caring. I felt well cared for through the whole positive experience.

The repair looked great but after driving a couple of blocks I got a warning that the collision prevention system needed service so I had to return my Lexus, re-rent a car and I will have to return again to get the car. It's not a huge deal but I think that after the repairs the car should have been more thoroughly road-tested.
