Staff was extremely helpful and I was kept up to date constantly. I was a bit disappointed that my car was not ready as originally estimated, however I understand these things happen. There was a slight discrepancy in the info I received from the tracking feature, the conversation I had with my adjuster and the computer system, everything worked out in the end. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely professional and accommodating. The staff is top notch.
