My new car was rear-ended and I was concerned that the damage was so extensive that the estimator would write it off as a total loss. However, Rebecca George assured me that they would repair my car, using Lexus parts, and that it would be a "new" car. She meticulously oversaw the repairs and kept me updated with the progress of the work. I was very happy with my "new" car! Many thanks for your first-class service!

Customer service was amazing! The Gieco Express service made everything go smoothly. Loved having everything (insurance adjuster, repair shop and car rental) in a central location. I also liked the email updates regarding the status of the repair. Hopefully I never have to use this service again, but if I unfortunately get into another accident I would definitely use Lindsay collision again.
