Our customer service representative Patricia Carsten was awesome! she kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle from the start of the claim with USAA until we picked up the vehicle today. Received text regarding car being ready but it wasn’t. I was on the way to pick it up. However car was ready the next day so I appreciated the quick turnaround. But when I picked up the car, there were boxes and an old seatbelt which I think are old parts. I am not sure what I should do with the parts.
