Upon pick up I noticed the hood was not properly aligned, this was because a part was faulty and I now have to take more time out of my day and wait on a part and take my vehicle back. This was after the repairs themselves took almost a month. It should have been perfect. Also, I noticed scratches on plastic parts that surround my wheels which I could only guess were created by the tow straps on being placed on.
They were nice about trying to get the problem with the hood resolved but it is another hassle for me. Overall the customer service professionals were very nice and responsive.
