Be more accurate when telling customers their estimated completion date. We were told several different dates/times and had to reorganize our schedules for each of those days so that we could pick up our vehicle only to find out that it still wasn't ready. It seemed like things kept slipping through the cracks and seemed unprofessional. We just got our vehicle back and it's fantastic. Everything is fixed and works perfectly.

My car door is now beeping with a door open alert.. after my doors were replaced. Service king had my car more than a month and this was not checked after repair . Now I was asked by an angent when I called to advise of the issue ... to bring the car in and possibly wait or leave my car for repairs AGAIN. None of which is acceptable.
My schedule is very tight .

I should note I'm sure this will be taken care of ... however I'm very frustrated because I have to be put out to get the car there and make arrangements . Not good cudtomer service at all . If I heard the beep right away after driving from shop I'm sure s tech would have if they tested it .
