The staff was great. However, my issue is with the service department. My "new" bumper had scratches on it. And, I did make the service manager aware of it. I also noticed scratches on the outside passenger door handle, hand prints in the interior ceilings and passenger sunvisor. By my car being black in color I felt it should have been handled more delicately, as scratches are very noticeable on black cars. My ceilings and visors are tan. And, I'm not sure why anyone would be touching the interior without clean hands or gloves. The knob used to change gears was scratched as well. Dealing with a loss is horrific. But, to have your vehicle return to you worse off than you left it is a pain.
