first telephone call, when I first walked through the
COMPANY doors, when I was discussing the details
regarding the work that was needed to my SUV, when
I return to have work done, while my SUV was having
the repairs and finally when I can back to pick my SUV
up was wonderful. I don’t remember beening this happy about having a
