I was a little disappointed in the time it took to repair my car. But the staff kept me informed as to the status of the repair. The repair itself is fantastic.

There is a bit of a gap in the seam of my New bumper, but is not a big deal since the work is warranted for as long as i own my car

When I was informed that my car was ready on Friday June 16th, I was told that the paperwork would be printed up and placed in my car. And that my keys would be locked in the car as well. When I arrived to pick up my car there were no keys and no paperwork in my car. Also the color of the bumper was not the right color. I feel as though it should have been quality checked before contacting me to come and pick it up. I am by no means a paint expert but I could clearly see that the pint did not match the rest of the car. This error caused me to be in the rental car for longer that I wished to be. In the end it was fixed and I have been able to drive it away from the shop and am happy to say the color now matches. I just suggest a more thorough check of the vehicles before contacting owners to pick them up.
