Every team member I spoke to at Abra was personable, professional, and thorough in explanations of my car's repair needs, steps to the process, and required steps for the handling of my insurance. In particular, Eric M went above and beyond his duties to help me receive the best possible attention. When proving I was an approved driver on my insurance for the rental car, Eric offered to have my insurance company email the necessary paperwork to him, which he printed out for the rental company and my own documents as well. He helped me feel very comfortable at Abra.
