It was a pleasure working with ABRA the service was excellent and done rapidly and the customer service was exceptional, receptive, answering questions and being very helpful. I was disappointed that after they had already started work on the car they indicated I had to pay another 50 for a new emblem, which should have been known at the time of the estimate. I was already paying over 800 for a minor repair and I don't know why it had to be removed anyway since the damage was not anywhere near the emblem and the painting should not have had to be done that far over anyway.
