This being the first time I've needed to have a car repaired or using my car insurance, the staff was very patient and walked me through everything I needed to know, how things worked, and what to expect. I was nervous about leaving my car and using a rental, but your staff kept me up to date on the repairs and expected time line. It was so nice having that knowledge and not needing to ask for it. I felt like a valued customer the entire time, not once was I spoken down to due to my lack of car knowledge, and they used plain terms so I could easily understand. When Contracted a customer don't tell the customer that they sure have listened to the voicemail before call back and to hear the voicemail message just let the customer know what's going on with the car and what happened.
