Mike, who answered the phone the 1st time I called spent about 15 minutes explaining the whole process and what repairs that I'd likely need. He answered all of my questions better than I expected, especially since I hadn't made an appointment.
Steve J completed my estimate. He also explained everything in detail to me. He kept in contact with me the entire time he had the truck and asked for my preference about cutting into the Rhino Lining in my truck bed (he could've just done it and never told me and I would've wondered why the bolts were exposed later).
What a great business you have going there. I have never personally worked with this Abra but I was referred and have seen the work they've done in the past.
