Even though the service was impeccable I was disappointed to see a brand new hood and bumper on top of headlight housing that was still dulled and parts of the car directly under the lamps that had nicks (unrelated to accident). It would have been really nice to get a call asking for me to pay out of pocket for that simply to keep a uniform continuity of paint on the front of the car. The new parts/paint mixed with older paint with nicks makes it look "worked on". Sort of disappointing after such great service and communication.

My tail light was chipped while having my bumper repaired.

Here are comments I sent to your Facebook page. Hi Shawn, I have to follow up with a closing message about my experience with your company. This has been the most pleasant experience I can recall! Starting with my call to Don **** State Farm from the accident scene where I was comforted by my long time insurance friend and representative Jeri. By the time I made it to my office, Jeri was calling me back to check on me and had already gotten the **** rolling. I asked for a referral for the repairs and she suggested ABRA. On the front end I attributed this experience to Debbie and how she so graciously assisted me even though I didn't follow the process. Then the text messages began 1st with one to explain that I would be receiving these messages and if I did not want to receive them simply reply 'STOP'. These messages were simply AWESOME! They were personal and felt like more than a status update, but it was a personal message that made me smile. Phrases like 'You made the right choice', 'No worries!', 'your Infiniti is happy here!'. And your staff is incredibly friendly. (Is there an IV drip of a happy liquid somewhere?!). Then I received a call to tell me they were 'almost' finished which allowed me to plan the return visit to pick up the car vs. getting the call when my day is already planned thus costing me another day of rental costs. And speaking of the rental car, the folks at Enterprise were great, as well. The coordination with Enterprise compliments your service and the experience was as if you all were one company. I'm a corporate trainer and I hear this about my company all the time, (and I'm happy where I am), but I now understand it for the first time. This experience makes one want to work for your company. I have total faith in the work you've done because you've taken such good care of other details. I wish more people understood this concept. Had to sell a car with a ding. Car was now successfully sold.

Car was not ready when they told me it would be making me miss a very important appointment that I ended up having to pay a cancellation fee for. Very disappointed with miscommunication amongst staff members on when my car would be ready.
