Daughter’s car had to have the repaired area buffed; streaks/swirls of excess polish dried on. Repaired door body contour is not straight. I was referred to Abra by USAA where I’m a 40 year member, for repairs to my own car. I was well pleased with that work and service, and so brought my daughter’s car for repairs. I am not at all pleased with the work on this job, nor the service received. I will not bring any future work to Abra, and will steer friends and colleagues elsewhere.
