Paula is an excellent receptionist and employee. She makes you feel like she has known you for years. A joy to see and talk with while waiting for rental pickup. She even followed up with car. Everyone was great . The young lady who pulled my car in was great and she even came out before I left to make sure the car was good. I can't remember her name but I wanted to let ABRA know about their employees.
