Lee and Samantha did a great job keeping me informed with the repairs and parts delivery throughout the whole process. I never felt out of the loop. I really satisfied with my experience with Abra.

I wasn't told that the repair, a replacement of the rear bumper, would take more than one day. I scheduled the appointment two weeks prior, and the shop did not have the part in hand when I dropped the Jeep off. They did remove the back bumper the first day, which required me to rent a car to get home that night. On the second day, the repair was not finished until late in the day, and consequently, I missed a 3pm business meeting waiting for it to be completed. The repair is fine, the experience was subpar. This repair should not have taken more than 2 hours.
