I have never had any problems with my driver side window rolling down, but when I picked my vehicle up my driver side window would not roll down or up. The damage that was to my vehicle did not involve my driver side window, and yet it is messed up and does not work

The replacement door has scratches on the interior panel, there is a scratch or defect on the window, and there is a small dent along the top edge of the door as well.I would expect a replacement part to be in good condition.
