Very friendly staff. Only concern was the timeline of my rental car. Enterprise stated that Abra had been trying to contact me since 830 am on 08/30 to inform me that my car was complete. I didn't receive a call until closer to 430 pm that day and did not have time to pick it up. By 8/31 enterprise was calling to say my reservation had been terminated by USAA because the car was completed on 8/30. As of this time enterprise still shows a $29.43 balance and is going to contact USAA directly. I'm not sure how the confusion took place. Otherwise everything else went smoothly.

This is my second time using your location. This time the communication was piss poor. My cuv was not completed in a timely manner and I was provided nothing but excuses throughout a two week period. Finally, the paint work is incomplete. I really want this matter to be resolve.
