My repairs were not completed in as timely a manner as I am used to receiving from Abra. It took 24 days to fix a repair similar to one I had last year that took about one week. Also, there is still a bit of a pull to the left side. Pro: the staff remained kind and courteous throughout the process.

The auto repair service was quick and satisfactory.
The communication, however, was a little quirky. I changed the email address when I checking in and it didn't take, so my husband kept getting the emails and he doesn't check very often, so my information was late and I had to call in a couple of times to check the status.
