I didn't receive a phone call about the progress on my repairs. I had to call to check on it and when I called it wasn't a good time for me to pick it up because I was working. It would've been nice to be notified so that I could be prepared to pick it up even if I had to work that day, I called again the second day after I got off work. When I called I was transferred without being told I was about to get transferred and the person who answered didn't know what I was calling about so I had to explain the purpose for my call a second time. My experience would been better with communication.

picked up car today and driver window does not go Auto UP
which it did before you worked on it.
I left a VM for Brittany who has done a wonderful job of keeping me updated.
the Honda was wrecked in the front , had passenger airbag and seatbelt restraints issues that were resolved but the front windows do not have the AUTO UP function
