Overall great experience! The team went above and beyond my expectations and typical experiences that I've had with other auto body repair places. Mike kept me in the loop throughout my repairs. He shared photos daily of the work that had been completed and was available whenever I had a question. The technicians were able to complete my repair two days early which enabled me not to have to get a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. I believe that ABRA could have updated me better the last day. I had to call and check on status. Then was told it would be done in a couple hours. I think if there is only a couple hours left they could have let me know so I can make arrangements to pu vehicle by end of day.

We had our bumper and tail light fixed. The brake.light did not work when we got Home. We replaced the bulb and it worked. Other than that it was all ok.
