The staff at Abra was very helpful and so pleasant. Dealing with Mike was fabulous.I thought maybe I was being annoying asking so many questions however, Mike was always kind and patient and answered all of my questions. Mike was very professional and made experience there great. We waited for a month to get my son's truck in for repair and I have to say the look on my son's face when the truck was ready was well worth the wait!! The work Abra did was fantastic!! I would recommend Abra to anyone I know and even if there was I wait in the future it would be worth it!! Fantastic group of people at Abra!!

You did not do the work you said you would do despite it being recorded on your work order. you had my car for a week and told my wife who picked it up that if I did not like it to bring it back. So...ABRA does not have a right first time quality policy. Instead, you create customer dissatisfaction by allowing your shop to do sub-par work and create the time to do it over....this is the first and last time I use your low quality service.
