I was very satisfied with the process throughout my repair however when i went to pick up my vehicle, my battery was dead, the gasket/seal in the trunk wasn’t in place and the newly replaced bumper had a few defects to it...very disappointed to say the least. However they did jump the battery and fixed the gasket immediately, but now i have to schedule a new time/date to bring it back to have the bumper replaced. They were very apologetic and are going to get us a rental to use while it’s being repaired. Honestly if they weren’t so nice and accommodating i would be livid and leaving a scathing review. The verdict is still out on this until the repair is finished.

There is a clip missing in the 3rd row of my Pilot on the piece that was replaced. It is an obvious hole that was overlooked. It appears to be a simple fix but an obvious oversight altogether. There was also a significant amount of broken glass in one of the cup holders that my daughter found and almost cut herself. It is something I could vacuum but cannot understand why it wasn't completed at the body shop. Both items should have been noticed in the QC of the process.
