My car looks better than it did before the damage! The only glitch in the experience was the first appointment when I was told to bring the car in and they looked at it and said it was ok to drive and then gave me the actual time to bring in the car for repairs. This was a waste of time. If the car was not drivable it would have to have been towed to the shop.
Everything else was top notch! I especially appreciated the text and phone calls to keep me up to date on the progress of the repairs. As I said above the car was returned looking better than before it was hit.
