My experience at ABRA was a great example of how customer service should be handled. Everyone was very helpful and the frequency of updates from both phone calls and texts was great! I never felt out of the loop on the progress of my vehicle. Jason was excellent and took great care of me throughout the process from start to finish. Whenever I called in, Jason always answered the phone almost immediately and was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had.
