Abra made the process very easy. They kept in touch regarding status of my repair. When I had scheduling problems with getting the rental car returned & picking mine up they were more than accomodating so that it all worked out. I was concerned about the color match since the vehicle is 10 years old & not an average color, however they did a great job on the color match as well.

The.customer service representative, Mike Dresler, was phenominal! He explained the damage, the repairs needed and the entire process of insurance when I came in for the estimate. Once I left my car to be repaired he personally made a phone calls to keep me updated on the process. Because of my work schedule, he stayed a little after hours so I could get my car. He even arranged for my rental to be left upon pickup of my repaired vehicle because Enterprise had left me waiting for over an hour when I dropped my car off for repairs! He is an asset to ABRA and I will recommend him and ABRA to anyone! Professional and passionate about his job!!!!

Abra did not complete the repairs of my vehicle. They have not contact me as of today about the replacement of my rear tire cover after I was told they ordered it 3-4 weeks ago. They charge my insurance company and I have nit heard anything back from abra. I will be contacting my insurance agent pertaining to my dissatisfaction of there services
