.When my husband and i went to leave our car at service king. I was already put off because of us being late. The internet had given us a very wrong address. Not only was the place out of town but also the place looked awful. Cars everywhete. I thought to myself, they will take forever to fix it. I was given a car exactly like mine after all, which i liked. Gilbert kept me informed every step of the way. He assured us things were going good. He even had the car ready in a shorter time as expected. Mr. **** was very nice and made the whole situation painless. I have never encountered this type of customer service in decades. He has old school customer service. More people these days need this type of of respect and people skills like this gentleman. Thanks to you for hiring such a pleasant person.

I had a couple of other minor problems that was messed in my car that needed to be fixed that didn't involve the accident fix that I took my car in for and service king had fixed up the minor problems to my car without me asking for it! Service king was undeniably the best customer service I have ever received. They fixed my car in a timely manner and they were great about cleaning my car even though they didn't have to.
