Insurance company said the repairs would take 4 days but it took 10 business days. The interior of the vehicle was covered in a layer of dust and had to be thouroughly cleaned. I found four random screws and other parts laying around the vehicle. Overall not impressed with the final product.

Paint color does not match. Grill is different than the original. One headlamp new the other old one does not match. I feel that on the headlight at minimum the cover should have been matched to the new one. This may not have been the fault of service king, but insurance would not cover.

Your name is service king. There was no service, and the word king couldn’t even be considered. No follow up, complete lack in attention to detail. The advisor was absolutely worthless. I’m still not satisfied because there are issues with my truck. This was horrendous.
