Service King did an excellent job on our truck repair. I especially liked the daily updates on the progress of the repair and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Also, the lady who serviced the reception desk (I regret I do not know her name) was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. I did not know what to do about getting a rent car because the insurance person was not answering any of my calls or emails. The receptionist got right on the phone and was able to get a rent car for me by contacting the insurance agent. Everything was settled in a very few minutes. I really really really appreciated that, especially since I had not ask her to do it for me but rather to help me know what I could do. Thank you so much! I'm sorry I do not know your name.
