Gus was awesome!! From the time I came in and got my car looked at to the time I pick it up great customer service. He reassured it would be taken care of and answered all my question. He even went an extra mile to get my toll tag while it was a 100 degrees in my car. Great service, great team and awesome facility. I have not received my car yet even though I was told by text message I would get my car Friday. I then called and asked and I had to figure out it wasn't done and then I would get it Monday. It's now Monday and I have not gotten my car because it isn't ready and was informed it would be ready by Thursday?? i have no received a completion survey and and because the "automatic message update system" thinks my car is done but it's not
