The Staff was real friendly. Jessica kept me informed during the process of repair and greeted me after I arrived to pick up my vehicle.

I am truly surprised at the helpfulness of the Service King team. John literally went the "extra mile" to rescue me from a frustrating situation. Curtis and Chuck were both so generous with their time even though they were both very busy. It just seems so unusual that a business would care about me and what was best for me instead of only interested in profit. I told John I couldn't believe how much he helped me and he told me that is why they are the "king of service". Their service inspires me to pay it forward in my own business.
