I appreciated the update texts. Not so much the automated ones that were really disappointing on the estimated timeframe, but the ones from the local staff. Always be real with customers. It goes a long way. My service advisor (Dustin ****) gave me a best case scenario and a worst case scenario as far as timeframe. It fell right in the middle where he thought. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of work and glad to be back in my truck. Hopefully, I never have to come here again, but if I do, I'm certain I'll be taken care of. Thanks!
