On delivery day upon arrival, I discovered that my left tail lite was cracked; the same assembly that they replaced. They did not know what actually happened and speculated that a vendor or customer may have done the damage. They got a rental car, repaired my vehicle, and had it ready for delivery the next day. I sure wish someone could tell me what actually happened.

Dustin was the CSR on my repair. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired correctly and prior to the expected delivery date. Service King did a great job with repairs.
My only complaint was receiving the text with the survey link at 6:00 am. That needs to be adjusted.
