Communication was excellent. Car delivered earlier than expected. Only less than stellar part of the experience was the interior detailing. Several interior surfaces were sticky because of excess cleaner. A portion of both the driver and passenger windows were cleaned with something that had an oily substance on it and were difficult to see through and to clean.
