My first experience with having my car damaged. I was so worried about what it would look like. The people at Abra made this experience so great. Took away all my fears and worries and my little Focus looks beautiful.

Awesome experience! Came in for an estimate and then a bunch of cancellations from other customers happened while I was there. So the estimate appointment became the drop off for the vehicle as well. Three days later, my car is fixed, it looks tight and just right! Vehicle is cleaned up and detailed. Nice people at their office. Two thumbs up!!

Not happy! Makes noise when driving sounds like something is loose. Took back to shop today they said missing screws and rivets. They added. Still makes noise! Plastic around tire well/ tool holder not put back correctly. Missing mud flap-said will have Indy store order. Supposed to call me back about noise have not heard back yet!
