Not sure where to start...Joyce was absolutely amazing, she was extremely helpful in getting my car in for repairs and also lining up a rental car for me. Her customer service skills are top notch! She clearly enjoys what she does and it shows.
Same with Dave, he went above and beyond making sure I was always informed as to what was happening with my car and making sure the work was done right. When I came to pick up my car, he was sure to go over what had been done and even took the time to clean my headlight. Again, great customer service.
Will definitely recommend Abra to everyone. You have a great team there!!

Worse body shop I’ve ever gone to. Work was not complete. Pieces fell off. I have to supplement this work with my insurance company.
Bumper took 9 days to get done and it is all out of whack! I will stop payment on my deductable check when I am told to and send the remaining amount.
Again, worse work EVER!! Cost me time and money and the job has to be redone.

Confusing, the ladies that called and text were so offputting, they even stated since there was no front end damage that the insurance. Won’t pay for it, guess what the spent 3 weeks fixing the front end! Ask if they had the wrong car but nope they were calling about mine! Couldn’t get it straight that the insurance company was the one they needed to work thru, kept calling me about where is tha license plate, and who towed it, and no matter HOW many time I told them to call the insurance I still had to call and get it tracked down. The final touch they put more damage on the hood of my car, I had the pic and the lady tried to say she would have to submit to insurance for DAMAGE done at the shop . Than she tried lie and say it did not happen, While SHE was looking at my photo of my car. The paint shop down my road said it looked like the clamp was used improperly HATE this SHOP HATE IT
