The vehicle wasn't complete for pick up, because they replaced the door with a used door, and didn't verify the functionality of the used door. So the door lock on the RR door didn't work. I know that's something that is really minor, but I did ask if it all worked correctly.
For the most part though, the door looks great and Scott and Tony are AWESOME. It's just a minor detail I know, because I have worked in the automotive industry since I was 13 years old. But the QC department should have verified that a used component worked correctly. If I'd have had a choice, I'd have preferred a new door, but I know what the industry standard is. I'm simply pointing out that implementing used parts, should have required the testing of all the parts of said component.
I will definitely use Abra again, as needs require it and recommend Tony or Scott to everyone that I talk to about my repairs. They are both great estimators. It was just an oversight. I look forward to getting my vehicle back soon. And promise to recommend y'all to everyone that I know. All in all it's been a pretty easy, painless process. And I thank y'all for that!!!
