My front left tire had absolutely no damage when it was dropped off to the shop. Picked it up today and the tire is completely trashed. Cuts in the side wall outer tread is trashed around the entire circimference. I asked/told the shop first thing not to damage my tire. I waited 6 weeks for those tires on backorder, they don't even have 8,000 miles on them.

I appreciated Jenna's professionalism, which included calling rather than texting when she felt something needed to be explained in more detail. It was very helpful and demonstrated going above and beyond. Overall, at first impression, my car looks good and drives well. My only recommendation is that Abra be more specific in the estimate of the repair work's completion date, as I received mixed messages and two different dates. I was lucky to have flexibility in my work schedule but this could be frustrating for those who don't and need to plan ahead with a supervisor or colleagues.
