The interior was completely covered in dust, including in vents, speakers, seats, all surfaces. We have photos upon request. After ABRA used a wet rag to wipe down the interior what was left a smeared dust film everywhere. After mentioning severe dust allergy to ABRA & asking that the car come back clear of dust we were disappointed. We are owners of a general contracting co, we make messes but we leave every home spotless, whether our crew cleans up or we hire cleaning professionals. ****-****-xxxx

My answer is "yes/no". The bodywork is awesome! It looks great!!! Tami and the staff I talked to were always helpful and friendly. Tami did a great job keeping me updated about my car. Based on this, YES, Abra did a fantastic job and I'm happy. My car is however, currently having problems which I hope to be a quick fix and was a minor oversight. I have emailed Tami regarding the situation. The shop is closed but based on how she and Abra have been, I feel I will hear from them on Monday and we can get this resolved quickly.

The repair looks wonderful first of all. Secondly, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. It’s was truly and quick and hassle free experience from start to finish. They took care of everything for me, including rental car pick up and drop off, and we’re even going to stay after they normally close to ensure I could pick my car up after repair. I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience.
