It took them almost a week to replace my mirror. Never once did they call me with an update. I called them twice & left voicemails, they never called me back. I asked my insurance agent to find out what was taking so long, they told him my car was being detailed and would be ready that day. I didn’t hear from them for 2 more days. When I went to pick up my car, it was dirty & I had to wait for them to rinse it off & vacuum it. They do good work but their lack of communication & dishonesty makes me really dislike them.
